Our client specialises in design, engineering, installation and maintenance services in the fields of electrical engineering for high voltage, primary low voltage and secondary low voltage electrical systems for clients within the industrial sector. They are a member of one of Europe`s leading engineering companies employing 26,000 people from 700 business units across Europe.
Due to continued expansion they now seek to recruit a time served Electrical Engineer to undertake contracts management for Low Voltage (LV) electrical contracts across the West Midlands mainly for large industrial customers. Projects will include upgrades and new installations with cradle to grave responsibility involving front-end design of cable schedules*sizing, estimating, tendering, proposals, man-management, Health & Safety, financial*budgetary control, client liaison and business development for general industrial electrical contracts.
Candidates will be fully conversant with LV electrical power supply and control including MCC’s, switchgear, power supply to buildings and machinery*plant, mains distribution, building services (BMS), lighting systems, periodic test & inspection etc. Additional appreciation or knowledge of Data Networks installations would be advantageous.
